Your Health is Wealth is a space and community designed to help you shift towards living a more conscious lifestyle providing mentoring, coaching, motivation, education and empowering services for you and your family to live life healthier, happier, longer, and stronger.

When you ask yourself what is your most valued asset or what is one of your personal values, does your health come in at first place?​

For most it always seems to be family, friends, work, career and so on…

I’m not one to say that these are not valuable by any means, the point I would like to raise here is that health is no longer our immediate focus and priority and does not receive the love and attention it deserves.

 

Many developed and industrialised countries are growing fatter, sicker, and disconnecting further from nature more than ever before. These conditions are having a huge impact on our overall health, especially through increased chronic lifestyle disease risks, rates, epidemics, and pandemics.

Open your mind, remove the ego, step into this space, reshape your world by shifting towards living a more conscious lifestyle.​

Prevention is key, cure does not exist in a form that can be easily handed over a counter, your lifestyle choices are crucial to improving your movement, mindset, lifestyle, and longevity.

 

We need to be aware in most cases our genetics are not what predetermine our health outcomes, this is a fallacy, and we need to stand up and take responsibility for our actions and cut the excuses.

About Nate

My personal journey through life’s twists and turns, highs and lows, positives and negatives, trials and tribulations and much more are all decisions and experiences that have guided me along my path that has allowed me to create this space.

Life is about living and experiencing everything possible, life is what you make of it.

I am a family man, happily married to my life partner sharing our love and joy with our two children. With open hearts and minds, we journey through life together recently moving over 2,000 km away from our local community to take on new challenges bringing us even closer together as a family. 

 

My career and education background started as a chef, then off to transport logistics, then a sidestep into remedial massage, small step to the right progressing into personal training and group fitness coaching, where now I also work as a trainer and assessor in the fitness industry

I do not believe in limitations; I strongly believe in creating your own pathway to success through failure and uncertainty.

About Mick

I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I have trained multiple people and am a specialist in getting clients fit, healthier and losing weight. I have many success stories from my 12 week challenges where my clients have lost many kilos, to multiple world, national and state championships figure and bodybuilding clients. I have also had the privilege of training the strongest woman in Australia of 70. I have appeared on the today show, Channel seven and other print media.

 

 

Myself, personally have been training for close to 30 years and love every aspect of fitness, from the mind to the body. I hold a diploma in Fitness, Human Resource Management, Business and WHS, a current certificate 4 in Training and Assessment and a cert 4 in fitness.

 

 

I have also worked for the last 14  years running my own Personal Training Business and have been running an online personal training service for 6 years. In my business I was responsible for creating efficient programming, managing a client profile of 50-70 clients at a time in their health journey.
Subsequently I had to manage many of my client’s injuries providing client management, rehabilitation and dealing with allied health professionals to get them back to full health.

About Bec

a mental health counsellor, case manager and holistic therapist. With 10years

experience working with people with mental ill health I bring with me a range of skills and knowledge. I have worked across community outreach programs working with asylum seekers and refugees, not for profit organisations supporting woman through domestic and family violence, federal government working with veterans and families and state government.

 

Understanding and compassion has replaced the stigma around mental health. If you are feeling mentally and emotionally drained, or struggling to keep your head above water, it may be time to talk about it. I can help to identify aspects of your life that you would like to change, and work to better understand yourself and others. One way you can achieve this is to set personal goals. Through counselling, I can then assist you to bring about those changes in your life.

 

My approach is non-judgemental with unconditional positive regard. I’m compassionate, loving and committed to supporting you on your healing journey. I love to integrate my therapeutic skills with Reiki to holistically promote your well-being. Getting to know you and your story is integral to the healing process, so we can work together in the best way for you, and you can live the experience of reaching wellness.
