Over the 84 days you will develop skills, techniques and many other great habits that will shift your level of consciousness through four pillars movement, mindset, lifestyle and stress management.

Mindset

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel and act. It also determines how we handle stress, communicate with others and challenging situations.

Mindset is what shapes our lives and decision making through either a fixed mindset or a growth mindset. Those with a fixed mindset will remain close with what is familiar and believe their abilities will not change. Those with a growth mindset are open minded to ideas and challenges and are always ready for something new.

Stress Management

Longevity is heavily influenced by your lifestyle choices, environment and lastly genetics. Do not be fooled into believing that your genetics predetermine your entire life’s health outcomes, this is a fallacy. 

We have two types of living spans or life expectancies. The first is our life span, meaning that regardless of your health and quality of life, this is the total amount of years and days spent on this earth. 


Secondly is our health span, this is time spent on this earth in good health, no sickness, no lack or loss of functionality, independence and complete quality of life.
